Ms. Madhavi Mohite, the founder of Srijan Organics and creator of the Ayuvriddhi wellness brand, is a visionary entrepreneur driven by purpose, purity, and the transformative power of Ayurveda.A Master’s degree holder in Mathematics, she is also a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and a licensed Zumba Fitness instructor, with eight years of experience across the education sector and the health & as a fitness trainer in wellness field. Madhavi’s journey always been rooted in discipline and holistic wellbeing that blends intellect, discipline, and artistry and brings a rare balance of academic excellence and holistic health expertise.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she witnessed the rising emotional distress caused by hair fall, skin damage, and the lack of awareness around basic self-care. She recognized that hair and skin health are not merely cosmetic concerns but powerful aspects of identity, self-expression, and emotional stability. This realization became the turning point in her life.
Motivated to make a meaningful difference, Madhavi transitioned from her successful teaching career to the world of Ayurveda and natural wellness. She pursued specialized courses in organic hair and skincare formulation, combining ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern techniques. Her dedication led to the creation of Ayuvriddhi Hair Oil, a result-driven formulation that soon began improving lives with visible, authentic transformation.
Encouraged by the impact of her work, Madhavi founded Srijan Organics with a clear mission—to provide pure, sustainable, and Ayurvedic wellness solutions that uplift individuals and strengthen society. In March 2020, during the global health crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic, many faced severe hair and skin issues like hair fall and acne. Inspired to help, we developed Ayuvriddhi Hair Oil, blending the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with modern organic formulation techniques.
Initially used among family and friends, Ayuvriddhi delivered remarkable results within weeks—reducing hair fall, promoting regrowth, and improving hair health. Encouraged by the positive feedback, we tested the product across diverse age groups, confirming its effectiveness and credibility in addressing hair concerns.
By December 2022, we founded Srijan Organics to share Ayuvriddhi Hair Oil with everyone. Our mission is to promote awareness about the importance of caring for hair and skin as extensions of overall health. With rising pollution, vitamin deficiencies, and chemical exposure, healthy, organic solutions are more essential than ever.
At Srijan Organics, we aim to empower people with natural, Ayurvedic-based products, counseling, and education to achieve healthy hair and skin. We are committed to creating Swadeshi products and plan to establish a manufacturing plant in Maharashtra, generating local job opportunities.
